Overview:
The 3 days tour from Marrakech to Fes via desert is your tour to do and see some of the best attractions in Morocco. First of all, we will spend the first night in Boumalne Dades after discovering the kasbahs of Ait Benhaddou and Ouarzazate. On the second day, we will head to the desert to experience the most beloved highlight in Morocco. Finally, on the last day, we will go directly to Fes passing by Ziz Valley, Midelt, Zaida, and Ifrane.
Day 1: Marrakech to Boumalne Dades (317 km):
Our first day of 3 days tour from Marrakech to Fes via desert will be a trip to the Gorges of Dades. Firstly, we will pass through the Tizi nTichka pass, where we will spend some time discovering the beauty of the Atlas Mountains. Right After, we will head to one of the places that are counted as a UNESCO world heritage site. Ait Benhaddou is not only a destination for tourists but also for moviemakers and directors.
Thereafter, we will travel to visit Moroccan Hollywood. In this city, we will stop by the Atlas Studios of Ouarzazate a place where they also make movies and rent the materials for that, for example in this spot they shot the series of Game of Thrones and Prison Break. Finally, we will head to Boumalne Dades where we will spend the night in Dades Gorges.
Day 2: Boumalne Dades to Merzouga (248 km):
The 3 days from Marrakech to Fes via desert will be a visit to the desert. After having breakfast in Gorges Dades, our driver will take us to visit Toudgha Gorges, an amazing place for pictures. After a drive, we will have arrived at our last destination, Merzouga. First of all, you will be riding the camels, driving through the dunes to our camp that is set in the desert. Before arriving at the camp where we will spend the night, on the way we will assist for sunset. However, the desert night will start by serving dinner, then our team will play you Berber music around the campfire with the starry sky.
Day 3: Merzouga to Fes (468 km):
We continue our amazing 3 days from Marrakech to Fes via the desert. Today, After having breakfast in the luxury camp, we will take the camels back to the place where we started yesterday. We will take the 4×4 car and drive to Fes. On our way, we will stop by the biggest source of dates in Morocco, Ziz valley. Then, we will drive again through the range of the Atlas Mountains. Thereafter, we will visit Midelt and Zaida, in one of these two cities we will stop to relax and have lunch. Next, we will travel to visit the Cedar forest and Ifrane, the Switzerland of Morocco. Finally, in a while, we will have reached Fes, where our journey ends.
